They moved us to another room which had broken furniture and black mold in one corner. Room #2 Also had broken furniture and didn’t have hot water. They told them to shower in a different room which was nice and had new flooring in it. Why we didn’t get updated rooms is a mystery to me. It seems there were a lot of contractors staying there. 「My room was very clean, and very close to Saginaw state University. I was so happy to find this hotel after a long day at a conference and cancelling two other hotels. The grounds were nice but needs a little landscaping cleanup. I was very happy with my stay , that would be my only tip」

「The hotel was very clean, our room looked like maybe it was recently renovated. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the evenings were quiet. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we made the reservation at this hotel because it has a restaurant/sports bar. The restaurant/sports bar was closed due to renovations and we weren’t notified when we made the reservation.」

「Sa;rah at the front desk gave us a lovely room at the end of the hallway. It was amazing for the view and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay,. Elijah made a very nice espresso martini that we sipped while watching the sun set over the river. 」

「Breakfast was nothing special and not really warm. Bacon appeared to be microwave bacon. Room/beds very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Smart TV hard to figure out - found a cable plugged in wrong HDMI and got it working. Hotel conveniently located in a nice shopping/eating area close to our destination. I would definitely return.」

「It was nice to be right in downtown Bay City in walking distance of restaurants and 4th of July activities. We are from Bay City and enjoyed being an out of town guest!」

「Very unfinished look on exterior, many ripples in carpet in main hallway, toilet seat was wet from disinfectant (hopefully), water stains on all fixtures (again, disinfectant?), patio door unlocked and open behind drapes, carpet wet in front of univent unit (it was 90 Degrees +). Note sure but looks like iron stains in toilet fresh eater inlets??」
