Since the sky high sign outside said continental breakfast, we thought maybe we had misread the online information when the receptionist said it was just coffee… Since we are 75 and 77, climbing the stairs with suitcases was unexpected but doable. A note about the absence of an elevator would have been appreciated. I also expected conditioner in the shower as all previous Choice Hotels have included conditioner. It was significantly improved from our previous visit.

It was extremely dirty none of the amenities were working … no ice machine so hot tub they advertise breakfast for no reason because they don’t offer it… there were a lot of shady people walking the halls no security coming in all doors remain unlocked…. We didn’t even get a blanket a sheet and flat pillows were provided for our stay…. My children learned what a drug addict looks on this trip!!! Stay away from this place at all costs !!!!!!!

At check-in, I asked if they had a top-floor or end unit room because I was a light sleeper. The desk clerk said, "I've got you in room 206, right in the middle" Pretty much exactly the opposite of what I'd just said. Across the hall was some loud gathering that I could hear inside my room with the door closed. Whoever was above me kept stomping around continuously until at least 10:30. I had the bathroom fan, air conditioner fan and TV on, and put on an 8-hour YouTube video of white noise through headphones under two pillows and eventually got to sleep. Slept in my sleeping bag on top of the bed.

Staff was great super helpful, but the hotel itself was quite below par. Doors are taped so keys don’t need to be used to enter the building, hallways were dirty and uncleaned. The whole building had an awfully weird smell to it, no soap was given in the room for hands or shower, the shower floor was very soft and kept squeaking like it was going to fall in.

Bed very uncomfortable, hard, no blanket, flat pillow, sloped in like a bowl. What amenities?? No breakfast, just coffee. No soap. The heat wasn’t on in room when we arrived and it was only 15 degrees outside and it took two hours to warm up. Walls extremely thin, heard EVERYTHING next door and I mean everything.

Room was spacious enough, but the bed was made in the MOST curious manner..? In all the years I have stayed in motels, I have NEVER seen a bed composed like this one. (No blanket, spread was actually tucked aggressively into the mattress; just a top sheet & the spread. Very curious.) Internet was extremely volatile; finally gave up on it because it would not stay engaged. Room was very quiet. This is a bare bones place, but worthy for an overnite stay, especially the price.

FILTHY….

The pictures online looked nothing like what the actual rooms looked like. The rooms were dirty, you could tell they did the bare minimum to clean the room, tub/shower was stained on the inside really bad and the edges were nasty, the end table by the bed was filthy, the T.V stand was filthy, the walls down at the floor were dirty. Made my skin crawl just being in the room. We live in a lazy world where customer service is terrible.

Pool under maintenance. Did not clean our room. No coffee machine in room. Very soft mattress. Only two small flat pillows. Lots of noise during the night. No snacks in vending machine.

Beyond the dtop of blood on the wall and thd ac not working it was just as it always had been. Coolt temps so not too worried about the ac the blood on the wall was a bit off putting.
