「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」

「They (the hotel) five days after checking out have not applied my credit on my room of over $300.00. It was showing on Saturday; but, now is not showing on my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. I left three days early do to having the flu and the $300 for those unused days has not been applied to my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. The hotel is improving but they need to keep original processes in place until the new is proven and the staff knows how to work it....

「This place was great! The only two things I didn’t really care for were how the pillows were so soft. I needed a more firm pillow. The other issue was breakfast. Most of the things that were available that are hot, were overcooked and the little bread pantry that they had was pretty stale. It’s like in a compartment thing but it wasn’t staying fresh at all. I wanted a bagel in the morning and it was rock hard.」

「The staff here is VERY hospitable and upbeat. Refreshing! The thing I would change (but that's not possible) is the location of the elevator. It's a little off the beaten path and tucked away. Great stay! 」

「What a wonderful hotel. The atmosphere was awesome. Loved the snack and drink at the end of the night and the balcony facing the river was beautiful. Great place for a girls trip. 」
