「They no longer have a hot tub even though it’s advertised as having one. It’s a great hotel but it was disappointing to learn the hot tub wasn’t there anymore 」

「Room was fair. Curtains were torn, dirty. No mattress cover to curb or deter bed bugs. Dust bunnies. Something was spread all over the hallway corridor floor, looked like the spackling from the wall. Too hot inbthe room, thenbtoo cold in the room, like thermostat wasn't working. 」

There was no maid service because we were only staying two nights. That was also unexpected. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but when we went in, a teenager with crocs on was in it, tons of thick foam, which was dirty as well.
