「The room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff, Drew was rude & unprofessional. I did speak with management & she said that she would deal with it. All the other staff members were courteous & helpful. My only other issue was housekeeping arrived at my door at 10:05am on the check out day. Check out time is 11am.」

「Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and very clean, but the mattresses were a little firm for our comfort. The menu for food was small but everything we had was very good. I guess I don't stay in hotels much any more but I was a little perturbed when they wanted to charge me $5/day for wifi, and there was no housekeeping service. Maybe there would have been if we had been staying more than 2 nights - I don't know and no one on staff mentioned it at check-in. I guess I'm kind of tired of...
