「All of the staff were very nice and my room was really clean.」

「Decent gym」

「We booked what we thought was a two queen pool side room like we had two years ago. The outdoor portion of the pool is now filled in and pool side rooms no longer exist but the pics on the website and on Expedia still show the outdoor pool. A regular two queen room was at least $25 less per night than the two queen pool side we had. It’s very misleading.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. Had an issue with our room smelling like cigarettes and the staff was on top o it to try to make it better, got us into a new room with no issues. Property was very clean & well maintained. Was a bit hot in the pool area but the pool (which was heated)and hot tub were clean. Breakfast the following morning was nice with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Overall we had a great stay, but it started out very disappointing. My husband and I were on a getaway for his 50th birthday and we had stayed in a bed and breakfast the night before. I had scheduled spa appointments at 1pm so we figured we would go to the hotel early and see if they weren't sold out on a random Thursday night and perhaps they might have a room ready. 「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」

「The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.」

「The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!」

「Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also...
