「This property was probably the best hotel that I have stayed at in a very long time. It smelled so good. Everywhere the room, the lobby, everywhere. I was from very far out of town and the guy at the desk was helping me with places to go and things to see. They had an amazing indoor heated pool and hot tub. The bed was super comfortable. I unfortunately did not wake up early enough to even look into breakfast so I cannot comment on that. But it was overall a wonderful experience.」

「The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.」

「First of all in the handicap room they only give you one bar of soap and the sink is about 25 feet away from the toilet. If you forget the soap in the shower, you have to go back and get it. There was also plaster on the shower ceiling with watermarks coming through. After the first night, the next day, the staff did not replace the shampoo or the washcloth. Nor did they change out the toilet paper roll, but left a new one sitting on the back of the toilet. The second day the staff never came in...

「There was nothing unique about the property. It was poorly maintained. Starting at the entrance, the steps were in a state of disrepair. It was advertised as beautifully renovated but we found it mediocre and poor workmanship. While the room had adequate space, there was no seating provided.
