They've went out of their way to help me while my Mama was transported to St. Mary's Saginaw Mi from Tawas Mi & we're from Oscoda Mi. They truly touched my heart with their kindness! Bonus- the beds here are incredibly comfortable & it's quiet & kind of out of the way but only 10 minutes from hospital.」

「Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Tittabawassee Rd. In Saginaw, Michigan was more than we expected, and that was a good thing. Our room was beautiful. But first, the young lady that signed us in was very helpful. She made sure we had a room on the lobby floor that I requested. The room was very clean and we were glad to know that there was a laundry room for our cleaning needs should we have things to wash. 「Arrived at hotel later than the original check in time. We were instantly greeted by Fehim, the manager. He was super friendly and helpful and he offered for us to be able to check out the following day a bit later than the check out time originally. The hotel office as well as the room was very clean. 「The rooms were old, no heat. Cobwebs in corners. Broken shower drain. Pillows and towels looked old and stained. Second day no one cleaned or provided new towels--had to ask. Asked for heat and they brought portable electric heater. Nice people, but not aware of our society's ways.」
