New hotel one-half mile from downtown. Extra large clean rooms with tons of counter and storage along with a micro wave and fridge. Decent hot breakfast choices. Couldn't ask for a better choice in Frankenmuth.

I got there after 3:00 p.m. and the room wasn't ready had to wait about 30 minutes for them to clean it. Thank goodness I brought my own shampoo and conditioner because those were out. The next day I went to the front desk to let them know and they handed me refills to take back to the room. Other than that it was okay. The staff was nice. Probably won't stay there again. Thank you

The room was very modern and clean. The fitness room and pool areas were very nice. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were friendly, and food was good. I think the biggest bonus for me was the conveniency of the charging stations considering I drove there from Novi, MI and have an electric car. The location is so convenient, it was 3 minutes away from the Bavarian Inn Waterpark and about 10 minutes away from Birch Run and local restaurants. I will definitely be booking again.

I requested a room with a walk-in shower which I did receive but my room was on the 3rd floor! I asked the desk clerk why they would have handicapped rooms on the 3rd floor and he replied that was a corporate question. He agreed with me that the room should be on the first floor and couldn't answer my question of how a handicapped person would get to the first floor if the power went out.
