「Construction on our floor so paint and chemical smells, drop cloths and construction items all through the hallway. Ice machines didn’t work on our floor other than the 1st floor. Construction work stared at 730 and was LOUD.」

It's an older facility ('50s would be my guess), but the couple in charge of the place were doing a nice job upgrading it and repairing what needed to be repaired. The room was clean (except for some diatomaceous earth that had been tracked in earlier in the day, we got there after midnight) and comfortable and quiet. Totally acceptable value lodging.」
