「Nothing bad. Just meh.」

「I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Someone entered the room at 8:00 a.m. with a key card. Every hour. When are you leaving」

「Easy access to the highway in a very nice neighborhood rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Had lots of choices clean area. Had dinner at the restaurant and and service was perfect and delicious.」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「nice service and great rooms with liviing/kitchen」

「over all it’s a good experience to stay in this hotel good area for shopping and eating , if room light could be brighter would be better. 」

「We had a girls staycation trip to this property for the Labor Day holiday weekend. We enjoyed our time together, but there was one particular staff member who made it difficult to get good service. When we got to our room and found a light bulb was out in our bedroom area. We were told that maintenance was gone for the day and we couldn’t get a replacement bulb. After constant back-and-forth with the desk staff person we were finally able to get a lightbulb. When we asked for additional towels...

「早餐一般」

「The hotel looks updated but nothing was finished. The tv didn’t work so they found us another room. That room was right next to the noisy elevator and no knobs or handles on drawers and doors. They didn’t have any Keurig cups for the room coffee maker so you have to go to the lobby. Not very convenient at all! And hardly any other people in the hotel so no reason to put us right next to the elevator. Would not recommend this hotel」
