The beds were not comfortable in the 2 queen room. I got premium bedding upgrade which must of been the sheets etc which wasn't worth it. Didn't do breakfast upgrade. Hot tub was taken over by a group of people both nights and pool looked kinda dirty. I stayed here a long time ago and it used to be better. Still felt secure, quiet, and convenient.

It's nice to have a real bar on the premises. All staff were professional and competent. The elevators are big enough to maneuver luggage carts in. Keurig in the room made super hot coffee 👍

Extremely quiet rooms. Bed very comfortable and pillows stayed and held shapes along with giving support. Pool was comfortable - just a little bit of foam in the hot tub - so was just a little concerned about that.

Everything was good. When we first arrived, the air conditioner thermostat was making a noise and even though it took a while for them to come look at it which didn't bother us since we were out of the room anyway, as soon as we sent another message when getting back, the maintenance man showed up quickly and we were moved to another room. However, they apparently didn't tell him someone was in the room because he just walked in, which was kind of scary. The hotel does have adult only hours for the pool and hot tub area after nine and they made sure all kids were told they had to leave. Overall, our experience was wonderful and it was a very clean hotel.
