The bed fell apart after two people sat on it. It injured one of the guests. It was held together with plastic brackets and they snapped. There was leftover food in our room when we checked in. There was no cord to the phone to even call the fromt desk to let them know.

My sisters and I were in town for the Chris brown concert and we arrived a few hours early. There was a young lady at the front desk that helped me with an early check in. I recently called to inquire her name but I guess for the safety of the staff I was unable to obtain her name. I really hope management can check to see who check me in and let her know how excellent she was and how she went above and beyond! Because of her I will definitely return for another stay or two!

Do Not Stay Here!!! The walls are paper thin!! The staff is terrible. Sheets were not changed and they had no night staff to change the sheets out. Ridiculous!!!! I had to go down to guest services myself to get the sheets.

The check in line was extremely long however the staff was nice but the room was dirty trash on the floor sheets was dirty with stains and drapes were dusty with visible dust. The room and hotel also did not have a pleasant smell very stale. There was also trash in the hallways just a very unkept property for the price definately would not recommend or stay here again. Long line after the concert to get in the elevators the hotel should have been better prepared for the crowd that was in town for the Chris Brown concert very disappointed.

This was our first time in Detroit...and to say I was amazed was an understatement! Hotel was amazing...clean, cold, shower was amazing and the view from our room was phenomenal! A 5 min walk from the stadiums was great! Will definitely be back!

My room was not cleaned when I walked in. My room was not available when I checked in as the rooms were sold out. The room didn’t have enough towels.

Though our room was for the most part clean, no daily cleaning was not done, and we didn’t like having to ask for garbage removal, towels, and toilet paper. Restaurants are open only after 6 p.m. Construction noise was constant during the day. Staff was kind, but there didn’t seem to be a lot of staff available.

The room has a great view but it was dirty, there was garbage on the side of the bed and they did not clean the coffee machine we found a cup inside from the last guests, the said we have a microwave including but when we asked for it the staff told us that the amenity it was just for suites, they sent me an email when I made the reservation saying we can check in since 11:00am but they did not mention the extra fee for early check in so we have to pay an extra 50 dlls

Overall, a very nice place. However, be aware of some hidden fees. If you want to check in early, there’s an extra charge. They advertise free parking, but in reality, you’re required to use valet service. The valets also make it clear that they rely heavily on tips, which can make the experience feel a bit pressured.
