Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. It’s a little run down in some areas, but the room was clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good with enough options to get the day started. One big thing to note, avoid getting a room near the vacation club area if you want to sleep. It was very loud and hard to relax. That said, the girl at the front desk handled the situation well and really tried to make it right, which I appreciated. Not a perfect stay, but the staff definitely helped leave a better impression.

The township surrounding the hotel was experiencing a water issue during my stay, which I only learned about upon check in after a long trip, leaving me no options for other accommodations. I felt the staff for the duration of my stay was not very welcoming. The room was clean. That’s about all I can say.

Second time staying here first time was great second time not so much. There was blood on the shower curtain when I told front desk about it they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. All they said was thank you for letting us know. Like what !? Anyway very friendly people and the rooms aren’t that bad but this just didn’t sit right with me. They didn’t even seemed like they cared.

Parking was safe and easy . The hotel cleanliness could have been better it’s not unkept for the price . I asked for housekeeping on a stay over and it was not done which was very disappointing. I think for the nightly price I could have done better.

Overall, the staff was friendly and the hotel property appeared to be in generally good condition. However, there were a few issues in the room, including a heater that made loud noises and some stained bedding, which detracted from the overall comfort. My primary concern was the environment in the common areas. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout parts of the hotel, and the pool area in particular felt overcrowded and poorly managed. Although access to the pool required a hotel key card, it appeared that guests were allowing non-registered individuals to enter, leading to excessive noise and disruptive behavior. It was disappointing to witness families arriving with their children, excited to use the pool, only to leave due to the chaotic and uncomfortable atmosphere. With better enforcement of policies and attention to guest conduct, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.
