Bugs ( not bed bugs but still gross) in our bed. Nothing was restocked in the bathroom. Floors felt wet. Beeping noise went off the entire time we were there. Hot tub was not usable. Broken drain covers in the toddler pool making it unsafe. No toilet paper in the second room I rented. Staff didn’t seem to be concerned or believe any of the issues.
Bugs found in stained mattress.

Words cannot express how horrible this hotel is. There were cats running around the building and I was on the 2nd floor, and someone bought cat food and left it open in spots around the lobby. Upon check in there was tons of trash in the hallways, you had to step over it to get to your room. Rooms outdated and filled with at least 3inches of dust. Funny thing there was a housekeeper on the floor and when I asked him about getting the trash he said thats not my job someone will be around to get it. I couldnt take it and grabbed a bag and start filling it with trash. I left the trash bag outside my room door as well as others and no one picked up the trash. Since the trash was left in bags one of the other guest walking down the hall kicked over the bags, so the trash was everywhere again, just nasty. They misled guest upon check-in. It was a holiday weekend and most guest came for that reason, but the waterpark was closed.

This place was insane busy at check in - and beyond that - the waterpark passes aren't included with the stay. When I was absolutely flabbergasted buy this the staff acted like I was a moron. Why would I book 2 rooms anywhere on a deal to pay $60 per person for waterpark passes for a day and a half

Great place to take the family, but snack bar isn't open until after 4pm and the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the common areas could use some standard upkeep and a cleaning routine.

Staff was great. They need more employees. Elevators were broken, ice machines were broken and cleaning needed to be done. Water park was excellent.

Horrible11th birthday party for my daughter. Pool, rooms, resort, and water park dirty. We had to ask for washcloths and towels which none were avaliable in the room opon arrival. No restaurants or snack bars were open at the water park which made it so where we had no access to food or drink while there unless we left the waterpark. Way understaffed. We booked not knowing expedia does not offer water park passes with the rooms until we got there so we had to pay a extra 70 per person for water passes. 70 x 6=420 is alot so we paid almost twice as much from not booking straight with the resort. The only good this was the staff of 2 at the waterpark. We will not be using expedia any time in the future. I feel some type of refund is necessary.

DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT!!! SEVERELY understaffed, the entire place was a mess. Trash cans over flowing everywhere, floors are dirty, and the waterpark is a complete joke. Nobody is watching or policing children so there are all completely wild. Life guards do not care (only 1 on duty in the park). Multiple broken parts of the waterpark & caution cones everywhere. This place has been majorly neglected. Ladies at the front desk were polite and understanding but the rest of the facility was just gross. We did not even stay the night in our room and left the waterpark as my 2 small children couldn’t even enjoy it with the chaos in there.

It was very noticeable that they were short staffed. Rooms not vacuumed neither were the hallways and sitting areas. Only one operable elevator on the waterpark side of the resort. Only one place to purchase food and that was the food shack in the waterpark area and they had very limited hours and only one person working and he was not always at the counter or within ear shot. The bathrooms/changing areas in the waterpark were not cleaned.

Hotel had dirty Floors Walls and elevators. Rooms need updating and Staff all need to wear some type of badges or uniforms to show rhey are staff. Some of them were rude and need better customer service

W checked in around 3 with an online booking that implied the waterpark passes were included. Upon check in we were told that it is not in fact included and was an additional fee. This was only the start of our issues. Throughout the few hours we’ve been here we have dealt with: nobody at the front desk or the manager Jared being in the side room or out at a table watching the game on the tv with a sign posted “be back briefly”. This sign was up for at least two hours that I noticed, but was only taken down when the lady for nights came in and took it down. Aside from this we also have a room that has a broken remote, a dirty bathroom, stuff on the walls of the room, no mattress covers just basic sheets, dirty floors, metal sticking out of the bottom of one of the beds that will cut somebody, a bathroom trashcan that has blood on the bottom of it and didn’t have any bags. Instead of getting a new bag or even getting it wiped out Jared just put trash bags at the bottom and said that was all he could do after putting a bag in it. The waterpark is disgusting and there should never be only one lifeguard on duty. Parents were life guards for kids who were not theirs, including us having to help another child in the water today because one lifeguard cannot handle the entire area when it’s busy. The place has a lot of potential but was understaffed. It wasn't terrible for the price but not somewhere i would recommend going. The bathroom in the waterpark was absolutely disgusting.

The room that I got it was not the one that I reserved. Expedia somehow switched it when I paid it got taken out of my bank account and then said there was an error so I had to rebook it and then I was billed twice. Had to wait two hours late for our room the pool in the hotel was disgusting. The water fountain is so black and dirty. He can’t even use it. The coffee was only put out for an hour. Overall stay with four kids who was definitely not enjoyable as planned and probably won’t return or recommend to anybody. I would rather drive an extra 45 minutes and go to Frankenmuth when I said something to one of the employees he was very irate with me and I was simply asking at 3 o’clock if my room was ready.

I stayed for three nights with my 8-year-old Granddaughter and 9-year-old Niece. Check in took almost an hour. A lot of people checking in and understaffed front desk. Our room was clean however the lock plate on the door kept moving so it was difficult to close the door. One of the screws was missing. I reported it but when we left on the 4th day it had not been fixed. Our room cards kept failing. I had to have them replaced 5 times and every time I went to the front desk for new cards, there were several people there for the same thing, so they were obviously having issues with the room cards! The last time I waited almost 3 hours to get new cards so we could go back to the room! We went for the water park but the girls said it was boring so after 2 hours they were done and preferred the pool, however the pool door could not be opened with a room card so you had to wait for someone at the front desk to let you in or someone inside the pool to open the door. There were never any pool towels available and when I asked I was told people took them to their rooms and did not return them. Not sure if this was the norm for this property but it seemed they were very understaffed in all departments. The manager was fairly rude but perhaps it was because he was so busy. The lady at the front desk tried to be accommodating but it just did not seem very well ran overall. There is no breakfast or onsite restaurant serving breakfast, but Bob Evan's is close walking distance.
