「Absolutely a must-stay for lovers of art and design. The whole property is immaculate, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Delicious drinks and pastries are steps away at Father Forgive Me and Warda Patisserie. The location is also convenient to downtown (15 minutes). 」

「The hotel is basically brand new. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. The hotel lobby has a nice open atrium area that is suitable for lounging. Stag was wonderful. The neighborhood is pretty good by Detroit standards. Close to Little Caesar’s arena. 」

「Hotel was amazing and owner very friendly. However we booked on Expedia because included free breakfast however owner wanted to charge us $20 pp. we went off site for breakfast. Also couldn’t get the TV to work in the living room, we made the owner aware.」

「Clean room. Facility is clean. Structured. Room very comfortable. Valet attendants go above. Courteous, helpful as I am handicapped needed care to load/unload. Once we learned the access to the hotel not being where the casino is was much easier. A lot of construction in the area. 」

「The buildings are beautiful, if in need of some maintenance, which is planned. The location is great - right by DIA and Wayne State and on the free streetcar line. The neighborhood and property felt very safe. Parking was on site for a reasonable fee. The staff were friendly and attentive. 」

「I had double booked my reservation, and cancelled the wrong date as soon as I learned of it. This hotel still charged me for both. They accepted over $400 and refused to cancel it because it was a "no show." They present themselves as a luxury hotel, but their customer service was that of a much lower class facility. I would not recommend booking here under any circumstances. They provided no service at all, but they kept my payment. 」

「I made the reservation for this Baymont by Wyndham completely by mistake, as I thought I had made my reservation at the Madison Heights location near my clients studio. It was one of the best mistakes i have made since I married my now ex- wife! Iola, Shante, Rose and Dorothy took care of me like i was family and gave me phenomenal recommendations throughout Detroit. Do not overlook this gem of a location🙏」
