"The Hotel was absolutely 100% rude & unprofessional. My wife & I decided to get a room downtown for a friends 40th birthday. Check in wasn't untill 4pm... we showed up at 9.pm giving them plenty of time to have our room together & ready. We walk in luggage in hand ready to have a good everything together with some friends only tonbe told they have no room available for us anymore.. we were left to scramble @ 930 on a Saturday downtown to find other accommodations. Completely unacceptable. 0 outta 5 stars!!"

"The hotel lobby is very nice. The rooms are just okay. You can tell the furniture is a bit old. Other than that the room was fine. The location is great as it is within walking distance of downtown. I would stay here again if the price was right. The restaurant choices in the hotel are not good. Better to get real food from somewhere else. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Room was clean, scary step into the deep tub/shower, loose tiles on the floor in the bathroom, quiet, but a/c was very loud. Very sparse with towels, odd plugs in rooms. Overall great stay, a little pricey, but we enjoyed the stay"
