We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . 「There are many rugs in the room that are not necessary and are malodorous. Bed has plastic sheets that make it difficult to sleep. No bedroom TV. Needs increased security. The unoccupied host desk was thrown to the ground and the outside should use a passkey but it never locked. 」
