「Close to freeway 」

「Solid motel property. Good service and everything was clean. There is a diner attached with some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had.」

「Traveled solo. I stayed here for one night and would definitely do it again. The property is situated on a well travel road. The area is safe and secure. The room was really large and I had a king size bed, which was very comfortable. I slept well. The place is quiet check in and out process was easy and convenient. the staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and everything in it was in working order! 」

「My 4 day stay started out with an OMG!!! The first room I was offered, was a definite no!!! BUT… I went in and spoke to the lady, who was very nice, and she immediately switched my room! I was very pleased after that!!! 」

「It was OK. Kind of run down not what I expected. No frig, microwave or alarm clock in room.」

「This is falsely advertised as a hotel it is not it is a half ass renovated motel my comforter had burn holes and they would not give me new linen my room tv tv stand saw broken the room smelled clean but that was about it not comfortable at all and I was traveling with my kids it was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable staying I checked in but never stayed in Ben one night I would like a refund this experience was horrible and a waste of my time any money 」

「This is advertised as a hotel and it is most definitely a road side motel. Transitioning to new owners, rooms and property are a mess. oom that was booked was not was offered on site, instead I was charged $20 more for the room that was pictured on hotels.com- credit card information was written in a notebook. Zero on the professional property scale.」

「It is not clean and worst」

「房间很宽敞，布局也很舒服。但早餐种类少，基本上住了12天，吃的早餐每天都基本一样，没什么可以选择的余地。另外床质量差，睡在上面就一个坑，不舒适。」

「Sonder was in a great location for walking to places downtown. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was helpful. Unfortunately, Sonder put a FedEx address for picking up mail that didn’t exist and it cost me quite a bit of time and money to pick up my mail in a timely manner which was sent outside of Detroit. This is clearly their mistake and I feel they should compensate me for their error. Have a nice stay…just don’t ever need anything to be sent to you.」
