「My first initial room was 206 It was beautiful but it smelled like dog urine. The lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a different room 221 which was okay. The room was also beautiful but the carpet was filthy. The lady that serves the breakfast in the morning was very rude and disrespectful. She’s very grateful that we chose too leave our kids upstairs when we came for breakfast. The hotel was decent for the price」

「Upon arriving at the motel, I was informed that they do not accept online reservations. As a result, I had to use hotel.com to request a refund, which I have not yet received. Despite my efforts to contact the motel, they consistently advise me to speak with the manager, but there is no manager available. I had to pay upon arrival, and they were unwilling to issue a return.」

「I knew I didnt book a 5 star hotel - just needing a room to crash for 1 night; however, I wasn’t expecting to check into an unsafe rundown dump. Pictures were definitely deceiving. This is by far the worst hotel/motel I have ever booked. It was so bad we considered taking the loss checking out and staying elsewhere. When you check in you don’t check in the lobby but through a bullet proof glass window. The room felt like a prison cell the drawers from the dresser were all missing, the room...
