not quite as polished as a proper hotel, but the location and check-in process was a five out of five. We could not find the bedding for the spare bed, but luckily, we brought our own.

Pros: In downtown and easy to walk to everything we needed. Cons: Room could have been cleaned better. Floor was sticky and counters were dirty. Shower door didn’t close all the way so water got everywhere. AC didn’t work that great.

I enjoyed the room and amenities during my recent stay at Kasa Cadillac Square Detroit. Communication with the team, mostly through text messages, was good. My biggest concern was the area around the building’s entrance, near the 7-Eleven next door. People frequently gathered there asking for money, and on a few occasions, I had to reach over someone lying on the ground to enter my access code. This made me uncomfortable and concerned about safely entering and leaving the building. I encourage management to work with neighboring businesses to address these conditions and keep the entrance clear and accessible. I appreciated the accommodations, but feeling safe coming and going is an important part of the guest experience.

I stayed for two nights and it was clean and nice! the only thing i would say is we had to mess with the fuse box for the plugs to work but after we figured that out i have no complaints!!

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We did have some trouble with the online check-in and getting an error cleared up, but luckily the property manager was on site and was able to help us. I had read other reviews mentioning the noise, and that was definitely accurate. The traffic outside is pretty loud and continued until around 3 a.m. It’s a busy area of the city, which is a tradeoff. The location is very convenient, with plenty of things within walking distance, but the traffic and street noise can be significant at night. Overall, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location made it easy to get around.

I booked this for someone coming in town to work. They arrived and wanted to check in early but the virtual check-in kind of made that a hassle. Watch I gave them the number they were able to speak with someone. They did say the room was comfortable however it could have been a little cleaner. They didn't elaborate so I guess it wasn't horrible.
