Quick and efficient check in. Clean rooms. Clean building. Friendly staff. Theres a bar. Brwakfast was decent. Close to where we needed to be. Will stay again if we are in the area
Clean room, friendly service at the front desk, and a surprisingly good set of breakfast offerings! Good location (in Royal Oak), with lots of interesting restaurants and coffee shops in easy waliking distance - and most of Detroit is within 15 minutes drive.
Room was clean. Staff were helpful and polite.
Hot water in sink was not working, but they were apologizing. Had hot water in shower, so we were good.
They have posted quiet hours in hallway

The Hyatt Place meets Hyatt standards. Nicely furnished and has one of the better buffet breakfasts. It is well located and complimentary parking is a plus. Staff are all pleasant and helpful.
