The room was modernized but dirty and poorly lit. If I knew that it was in this condition I would have never stayed here. The front desk staff was very helpful and very polite

Room was filthy and old, all other guests were long-stay tenants who hung out in their cars in the parking lot. Shower was disgusting. Comforter had stains on it, bathroom had some mystery liquid dried on the walls. Disgusting. Front desk staff was nice, though

The staff was very polite and professional but unfortunately the room was not at its best. The room alone as soon as you walked in the door the smell of tobacco was heavy and as an individual with a minor child who both suffers from asthma it was quite alarming. The bathroom light didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly there were stains I couldn’t identify. Overall it was a place to that was needed at a last minute convenience.

Staff were amazing! Could be cleaner. Bedding was not up to par, as far as cleanliness, needs to be washed much more frequently. Also there were crumbs and seeds underneath the sheets. Additionally, it was extremely warm in the room, even without heat. It’s January & I had the air on the entire time. I think the heat was coming from the tv. Strange. Water pressure is low, so it took a while to run a bath, 30 minutes almost. Shower was fine though. Remote didn’t work or I couldn’t work it, idk, not a really big deal for me. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, and they didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, and understanding, which made the stay 5 stars! The people make the difference, every time. Happy new year and good fortune to you all. Thank you all for the warm hospitality. Also, put more bath towels in the room if possible. I made it work this time because I had my own towels, and I stayed 5 nights. Also maybe add rolling chairs/office chairs for the desk. Kinda tough on my back.

Worst red roof ever

I’ve stayed at this hotel before & it was friendly & clean. Sadly, it has gone downhill… the rooms are filthy & beds need replacing. I wouldn’t stay there again.
