Hot tub / Whirlpool not usable. No notice given prior to stay. No partial refund. Continental Breakfast below expectations. No early check in available. Room was clean. Bathroom ceiling had small crack / peeling paint in Room 108. Call ahead to see if Whirlpool in working order. Ask for refund policy if not available during your stay.

Clean Room, Friendly staff, Convenient, price good, easy check in, nice channel selection, breakfast was ok (sausage and potatoes were overcooked and dry), would definitely stay again and again. Some 1st floor rooms have a patio to exit into the hotel lobby area or pool area. As a side note: Workout room has 2 eliptical , 2 treadmills, 1 sitting bike and some weights.

Let me start by saying that at no point before check-in was a $200 deposit mentioned, which was already frustrating. When I arrived at my room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was hair and visible dirt on the sheets, and to make matters worse, there was a child’s toy left between the sheets and the cover. That is completely unacceptable. The property also advertises “no parties,” yet there were multiple rooms clearly hosting parties throughout the weekend. On top of that, room doors were left wide open all night, which is a serious safety concern. One door in particular was left open from 4 PM Friday until 10 AM Saturday. When I brought these issues to the front desk, I was told it was either housekeeping or another guest’s fault—which is not a real solution or acceptable response. To top it all off, the breakfast was terrible. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Honestly, spend the extra $100 and go to Hyatt Place—you’ll save yourself the frustration.

When leaving to get some food after checking in there was what looked like to be a crackhead in the parking lot speed rapping at the top of their lungs echoing through the parking lot. Other than finding the occasional used condom in the grass and smelling weed from fellow hotel patrons the parking lot was secure. Didn’t say anything about specific pet rooms on the website. Booked a king deluxe room thinking all rooms were pet friendly and was downgraded to a standard double queen room and was told there would be no price reduction from my booking online price. While in the double queen room we noticed about 20 pill bugs at once in our room. We called the front desk and we were transferred to a different room which had the same problem with the same bugs. After switching to a third room we finally had a room with no bugs. Overall what was supposed to be a nice relaxing Saturday night turned out to be a very frustrating night.

The front desk attendant was awesome - very friendly and knowledgeable! The room was nice but the shower head in the handicap bathroom has a small spray and squirts on the floor outside the tub. Other than that it was very nice.

Check in was poor. It took 3 times to find a working ice machine. No available beverages, coke. Room was very cold and poorly furnished. No extra blankets or pillows. Only two towels. Shower left a lot to be desired and sprayed water all over the floor. The bed was comfortable. Nothing available for breakfast with early checkout.

The Wyndham Flint/Grand Blanc/Bishop Airport/Conference Center in Flint MI was great choice for us as we came to spend the night prior to our early morning flight. The Front Desk gal, Nicole, was at the top of the game. She was expecting us and had everything ready. She helped us set up parking and arranged a shuttle ride to and from the airport. The inhouse restaurant was open late and our food and servers were friendly. The food was tasty and served hot. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was the best choice for us and we recommend this location. We are pleased with their staff and services offered.
