「Amazing staff, Leanne went above and beyond with the shuttle service to the machine shop. The hotel was clean. The room had everything you need. Coffee maker , bar fridge and toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The blankets and pillows plush and clean. The variety for breakfast was amazing, the staff in the kitchen was very helpfull and attentive. Great package to buy tickets to machine shop and get a great rate at the hotel. restaurants right around the corner. Found the Soggy Bottom...

「I booked a hot tub room with Hotels.com at Burton Inn. When we got there the desk clerk said they didn't even have hot tub rooms for rent! We got a king bed room for the night with broken furniture, no remote for the TV, a refrigerator that had moldy, stinky mess (filled the room for hours with that smell!) and a door that didn't lock properly! For this we paid $70?!?!」
