「Second time staying at the Hyannis Inn. Quiet property, with standard rooms with the pluses being large rooms, great AC and the location. Walking distance to Main Street of Hyannis and an easy drive elsewhere. Pool and hot tub can get crowded, but it’s still nice to have available. All staff especially at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back again our next time in Hyannis. 」

「The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.」

「Très bien. Au départ, j’ai reçue une chambre sentant la cigarette, même si l’hôtel mentionne être « non-fumeur », mais lorsque j’ai demandé un changement de chambre, on me l’a tout de suite changée et le personnel s’est excusé pour cela. Le déjeuner est intéressant et il varie à chaque jour. 」
