「The Nantucket Inn was amazing. Very clean and staff was so helpful. Front desk offered to lock up my bags instead of charging for the late check out. Very punctual with the hotel shuttle to and from downtown. Very comfortable room. After a long day of walking around the island, it was wonderful to relax in the hottub!」

「The breakfast felt uncomfortable and somewhat disappointing in what was offered. The housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to trash collection as everyday there was a pile of trash left at the elevators.
Overall it felt like the staff were not happy in their work which leads to overall performance of the property」

「We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the fire by the bay. The walls are thin and we ended up using a white noise ap to block out the noise. A warning to anyone who struggles with stairs. There is not an elevator and even if you get a first floor room the breakfast buffet is gonna flight of stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue for your group then this is a great hotel.」
