「The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good.」

「It took almost an hour to check in every key didn’t work in the lock on the door. I need a new battery. It was pouring out rain instead of putting me into a new room. They had me wait outside. My room said it was on the water. I was across the street and around the corner.」

「Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. The noise level from the road was excessive throughout the day and especially early morning. Thin walls or ceiling meant we heard every neighbor movement. A huge shower with the smallest shower head was not good, coupled with only being given hand towels and no bath towels to dry ourselves. It certainly wins on location but the experience was more like a...

「It was our anniversary and we asked for a room with a balcony and Ocean view and they got back to us right away, standing that they would set that up for us. The room was perfect. Didn’t realize it had two full bathrooms two balconies overlooking the ocean and it also had the pool with the spa hot tub that we used every night. Everyone there at the desk was so lovely and friendly and the rooms were clean and up-to-date. We can’t wait to go there again thank you for a beautiful place to stay.」

「Everything was even better than we'd hoped. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean, and we couldn't have been in a better location! The view of the harbor, proximity to shopping and dining, and ease of check-in/out made for the perfect vacation. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need. I highly recommend this beautiful property for your stay on Nantucket!」
