「They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！」

「Beautiful home and friendly staff! Great breakfast」

「Very nice accommodations with friendly check in. My only dissapointment was they shut off the air-conditioning system . This is really surprising for such a nice place. The room. Temperature was set at 71 and you cannot change it. They really should reconsider having the AC OFF.」

「Clean room and friendly staff」

「Rooms are lovely. We went for the Halloween party that was held downstairs in the lounge. The band was fun but the space was overcrowded-not really any dance floor and you could barely move from you table to get to the dance floor. They have a much bigger space on the main level that would have been a much better venue」

「We had a great experience staying in the crab house. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely care. Ken was fantastic, you can really tell he cares about ensuring guests have a great experience. 10/10 experience, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay on the cape.」
