Cursory check-in, construction at the edge of the parking lot. Drove to New Bedford for dinner. However, our stay was marred by guy in the next room, having a smoke and lengthy chat on speaker right outside our doors after 11 pm. (NOTE: Calls on speaker in ANY public space is rude AF.) Once we convinced him to knock it off he went inside, listening to his bass-thumping beats. Walls apparently pretty thin. What you need to know: Room looks really basic (no amenities beyond soap and shampoo), but it was clean and comfortable; shower was spot on; parking available right in front of the room. All good.

The pictures posted online were different than the room we received. The room was clean and the staff were nice. The furniture and property seemed outdated but the rooms were clean. I felt safe and rested well.

The staff was very attentive. There was a issue with the TV and there was water on the floor from the previous people unplugged the fridge but they cleaned up the floor and fixed the TV within 5min and our stay was very pleasant:) over all good hotel

Don't judge this book by its cover!

The room and all the amenities were great! The outside of the building is in need of some major overhaul. But I will say that the reception/desk person was friendly and helpful and he made sure that we had a really quiet room in the back. The room was very clean and had everything that we would want for an even longer stay.

Just an average place. Beds are not that comfortable. No breakfast. A place to sleep is about it. The gentleman checking us in was very nice. 2 room keys would not work, finally the 3rd room worked.

I would not recommend staying at this motel. You hear sounds from the room next door because there is no insulation inside the walls. The stairs to the second floor in the back building are very steep and unsafe. There is no elevator.

We found the room was full of cockroaches. The young man at the front desk said they were June bugs but they were roaches. I caught some to show them. He did give me my money back reluctantly and told me never to come back. I was accused of bring them in. Never again would I ever stay there.

Room was not easy to find, had to park outback in an unpacked area with limited lighting. Water in tub was unregulated it would go from warm to cold back to warm. The proms was horrible, incense burning either by previous guest or another guest in the next room.

We do like the welcome of the lady in the front desk. We didn't like that the room was dirty. Someone was eating at the room after was cleaned and left dirt the room with a soda. TV didn't work. In addition, this room is non-smoking and appear that was used by people that smoke. We were very no satisfy with the room conditions .
