We loved this Inn. Perfect location walk to restaurants and ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Owners were super friendly. Cleaned and convenient everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location. Walking distance to main street and restaurants, and right across the street from the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The rooms and furniture are outdated, but very clean and comfortable. Service was great! Raj was very accommodating for our late check in and helped us get ferry tickets. We'd stay here again.

Motel is super clean. Furnishings are dated however the cleanliness and service was excellent. Raj is amazing! He helped us with our ferry tickets and advised us on how to get around town. Location of the hotel is perfect. Right across the street from the ferry landing.

Couldnt ask for a better location! Leave your car and walk everywhere. Boat tour and ferrys right across the street and a block from main st shops, plus several great seafood restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel is older and dated, but it was the cleanest we've ever seen. The floors shine! We enjoyed our afternoon wine on the deck right outside our room. Raj and his wife are pleasant hosts and very accomodating. This is our "go to" in Hyannis.

Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Hyannis ferry. Although the rooms and furniture are a bit outdated, the room was VERY clean, spacious and comfortable. The innkeeper was so friendly and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and things to do.

The staff were very helpful. The facility was very clean. It was nice that we were two blocks from Main Street and able to enjoy the marina. If I had anything- it would be nice to have an ice machine. But, otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

This hotel is at a nice location, just next to the harbor. We were welcomed by a very friendly owner, Raj who gave us some useful advice about renting bikes and cycling the rail trail and where to eat. Our room on the second floor was nice and spotless with a partly view onto the harbor. We loved our stay here, and can definitely recommend this place.

Such a perfect place for our short weekend stay. Raj is warm, friendly and takes such pride in his property. Room was extremely clean. Location was perfect for a toddler in a stroller. Will definitely return to this hotel the next time we come back to Cape Cod!
