no hot water

i was there for an hour and left. Hot water for 3 minutes and using hot tub was useless. That was the whole teason i rented there. Will be getting a refund.

The first room they sent us too had not been cleaned, there were no sheets, trash everywhere. The front desk attendant was sweet and helpful in finding us a clean room right away though. In the morning someone else came to the door and almost walked right in as I guess they had assigned the room to someone else as well.

Service was horrible, it took 2 hours for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Alcohol cans everywhere, staff did nothing about neighbors yelling and cussing at each other.
