The hotel is tidy and clean and price is affordable. However, my room has a smell of mold or smoke, which could not be removed by ventilation or air conditioning. I have a sensitive nose and I couldn’t get used to it even overnight. I wish the landlord can get rid of it so hotel will be great.

We really enjoyed staying at this Inn. The room is spacious and very clean, equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The bed is very comfortable. The room temperature can be adjusted and The windows can be opened. The Inn is placed within walking distance from shops and restaurants, there is a supermarket near by with fresh produces. Also the Inn is very close to Interstate which makes very accessible. The staff is very friendly and professional. We will stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is our go-to place to stay the night before we take a train out of Providence OR when we are going to the PPAC for a show. The rooms are spotless, the location is perfect, everyone who works here is friendly and professional, and the price is affordable. Highly recommend this gem!

Staff were really nice. They have a good library of books to read in the reception area. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at reception. Only issues were that the smell of Lysol in the room was really strong, even after airing out, and the cleaning staff was yacking loudly on the phone in the morning outside our room. But they were very friendly! Rooms are pretty basic but very clean and comfortable. No extra blanket and a very light one on the bed so be sure to ask for another if you need it.

This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had. After checking in and settling into my room, a staff member knocked loudly on my door and, in a very emotional and confrontational way, told me I needed to move my car immediately—like I had done something wrong. I called the front desk to clarify, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that if I didn’t comply, I would have to leave the hotel. I moved my car as instructed, in the rain, to another area still within the hotel property but much farther from my room. Meanwhile, other vehicles remained parked where I originally was, which made the whole situation feel inconsistent and unfair. When I went to the front desk afterward, I was told it was “the owner’s rules” and that they were just enforcing them—but no clear explanation was given, and nothing about this was communicated during booking or check-in. It wasn’t just the parking—it was the way it was handled. The approach felt aggressive, unprofessional, and unnecessary. First time experiencing something like this, and definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect when staying at a hotel.

I love this place. I travel a lot and this is my go to when I’m in Seekonk. Housekeeping does a great job presenting the rooms and the origami and bed set up is so cute. Always very clean and super comfortable. The main lady at the front desk ( I wish I got her name) is cool and I like her sense of humor. Shes always really nice every time I come stay. Just a great place all around. The owner and staff deserves all the credit they can get. Thank you again for the pride you take in your business. It shows

In the area for a sports tournament. This Inn was easy to get to and located near several restaurants and stores. Parking right outside our room was super convenient. The room was great - having everything one would need. The extra sink was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again especially because the price was far better than the larger chain hotels in the area.
