"We checked into our room. I noticed at the sink there was only one hand towel and no wash cloths. I proceeded to wash my face and the sink filled with water and did not drain. I went to call the front desk, the were no buttons on the phone and the phone was not even plugged into the wall. I went to the front desk they put us in a different room. The television didn't work. I went to the front desk to inform them. The lady said it wasn't working because of the bad weather. However, I informed her that the TV's in the lobby were working and my brother in law's TV was working in his room. She shrugged her shoulders. Later my husband went to the front desk to tell them our TV wasn't working and they said they'd have someone look at it while we were gone for the day. We left around 11am and returned at 8pm. The TV still didn't work. My husband called the front desk, they said they were going to reset it and check it in 15 minutes; still didn't work. There was no attempt to try and help us. For $250/night you would think you'd get a working television. "

"My room did not have a view. What was subpar was the bed to begin. Next, the tv was not across from the bed but to the left wall which made it very awkward to watch tv at all. Last but not least, the floors were so uneven, I could not wait to leave the room."

"The only thing that was I disappointed in the continental breakfast. I wouldn't count on it. Make plans to go out for breakfast Instead. But everything else was good. "

"For the price, the rooms and properties were quite worn, beds uncomfortable, water rusty on check in - and the walls were very thin. Location is excellent - Walking distance from all the things you'd want to see. It's Probably a great spot if you're planning to go to the bars and need a place to pass out after a few, but not a place if you want to relax. On the plus side they offered to move us to a quieter room, but a hotel that costs over $400 a night should be clean, new, quiet, and relaxing. "

"Nice location, close to town, shopping, hospital for appointments. Etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the jacuzzi. King bed rooms. It was really relaxing and nice, it had been renovated in the fall of 2025. Plus had 1st floor door to the pool area which was nice to get some fresh air and sun. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast this morning, I was in a rush. Sorry."
