Updated room was spacious and functional. Property was easy to find and get to. Not as rural as online listings indicate; more traffic noise than expected. Overall, everything was as it should be and the price was fair.

The location was clean. The room was very spacious. It was quiet and immediately I felt like I was at home. Spacious and it has a small fridge, microwave and kureg for coffee. I favorited this location and will be sure to return when I am back in Rhode Island. I rate the location 5/5. Plenty of parking space free on property, no breakfast …

The room design and accommodations were just beautiful. I loved the microwave and mini refrigerator colors and the whole decor. It was a little bright in the morning and they could use some blackout shades to make it easier to sleep in. Overall, it was a spacious accommodation and I’m really happy I chose it

We stayed in a suite which was obviously very recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked very well. There was a Keurig for coffee and a large mini-fridge. The grounds were well-kept with areas to sit with a group and chat or eat. There was a lovely fountain and flowers throughout the property. Would definitely recommend!

The motel was nice. It was clean, the decorations were modern, and check in/out was easy. My only complaint is there isn't much directly around it. There's a few nice places to eat 5-10 min drive away but nothing walkable.

Room smelled of cleaning solution. Nice to have microwave and small fridge, but no utensils to go with them. Nice coffee mugs. Couch old and uncomfortable. Great location & beautifully kept property.

We stayed here one night after visiting friends in Portsmouth RI. We stayed in a cottage which was nice-spacious room & clean. Very “no frills” but decent bed & shower. The outlets all need to be replaced-couldn’t plug anything in. Chargers fell out of outlets-got 1 outlet to work for my CPAP-thank goodness!! We checked in late and our key was left in an unlocked outside mailbox, which doesn’t really feel safe.
