This is an excellent motel for what it is: a modest, comfortable place to stay in an area that has few affordable alternatives. There are amenities that the Inn does not have but it DOES present very pleasant grounds. I have stayed there several times over the last 20 years and have found the quality consistent.

Everything was great at this place! Clean, nice beds, and a good deal for the price. The only downside for us was that it was a 30 minute drive from downtown Newport. We had a wedding in Newport and had to shuttle back and forth all weekend. Besides that, which isn’t the motel’s fault, it was great!

The room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. It was a great value for the price, and the location was convenient - just a 15 minute ride downtown. Overall, a comfortable and affordable stay. I would stay here again.

I stayed for four nights and could not have been happier. The room was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains tremendously helped Keep the beautiful bright sun out. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this facility.

Nicely updated rooms in an older motor coach motel, which is not a bad thing. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making each small room work well for guests. No real amenities or free breakfast, but if you're like me, you choose this property as a less expensive option with reasonable proximity to Newport. Highly recommend it for what it is, good job owners!
