I was genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. One of the main issues was the fold-out bed from the couch — it was extremely uncomfortable and far below the standard I expect from a hotel at this price point. Frankly, I would rather take my business elsewhere than spend another night on such inadequate accommodations.
What made the experience worse was the lack of responsiveness from hotel management. I called twice, left detailed messages both times, and never received a single call back. I understand that things can get busy, but as a paying guest, I expected at least the courtesy of a return call. The silence has left me feeling disrespected and ignored.
At the very least, I hoped to speak directly with the manager to express my concerns and give the hotel a chance to make things right. Unfortunately, that opportunity never came. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be looking elsewhere for future stays.
