「Felt completely deceived! I booked the hotel because of the large windows shown online, but the actual room had a tiny window and felt extremely cramped and depressing. Never coming back!」

「Wir waren mit unserer Tochter für 1 Nacht im Inn und fanden es klasse. Es war schön, sauber , wir hatten ein großes Zimmer und der freundliche Empfang hat es für uns besonders gemacht. Auch die Empfehlung für das Abendbrot war klasse und wir haben uns sehr gut unterhalten mit dem netten Herrn an der Rezeption , der uns mehr über Newport erzählen konnte. Es war spannend. 「Dank and musty smelling room, beat carpet with stains, AC unit had caked on dirt in vent. Tried to air out and had ro spray freshener both days but I'd still stunk. Plus when we showed up on Saturday afternoon they were pouring concrete outside the room. Horrible room 112. No other rooms available. Will never go back. 」

「Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in. He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us. (Absolutely this is what we paid for.) 「This quaint hotel right on the water was a perfect destination for our anniversary trip. While the staff was just getting up to speed as the season was beginning, they still went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Don't expect a huge room, but that is part of the charm.」

「We had last minute issues with our original reservation, so switched to the Loom unexpectedly. The staff were amazing in helping ensure we got into our room and ready for our evening plans in time. The restaurant/bar had great drinks and service and a lovely patio. The room was clean and hospitality helped get us extra towels daily.
