「The breakfast was good, the thing I didn't like is you can easily hier the noises coming from the next room because the rooms with an interior door allowing access between them without using the public hallway. Be advised the interior door is locked, 」

「Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

We checked in but were going to dinner with family so we did not go up to our room until later in the evening. We noticed a very loud fan noise that we could not locate in room 332. I went down to the front desk and she came up within five minutes, heard the noise and figured out it was from the storage and equipment room next door and assigned us a new room immediately. 「I have been staying here for years when visiting family in the area and it's always been a good experience . The hotel is clean , parking is free , check in was fast and simple , and the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The pool was also clean and not too too cold ! They are also pet friendly , I brought my dog and they even had an outdoor area with free doggie bags. Good family hotel . 」
