The communication was excellent and great recommendations and information regarding the area was provided despite there being no on site staff. 「The quilts are not soft enough. When I turn on the bed, the sound of the quilts comes. The door of the room hits the closet door and the bathroom door. Bad design.👎 Generally it is a good hotel.」
