「Staff went above and beyond at check in. Convenient location for visiting our son at URI.」

「Stayed one night. Room was nice, breakfast was good」

「Unique property, with Italian themes throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Specialty coffees are offered for free in the morning, but it could require a minor waiting time. Breakfast items available for purchase. We liked it quite a bit and would stay again.」

「I did not like the room. The room is not properly clean. The staff are friendly. The location is closed to gas station and shops .」

「The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant.」

「Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! There is no front desk so you have to call a number to check in or for any issues. 「After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process」

「The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area.」

「The great thing is that the motel is near eateries, gas stations etc. There are some updates in the rooms but holes/peeled paint on entry doors and walls in the hotel room. I cleaned the vents in the fans before I used the heater bc it was quite dirty. The staff is lovely and quickly responded to my concerns about the people above me.」

「very well」

「Great staff that was very helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice variety」
