The resort was beautiful! We celebrated our daughter’s surprise engagement! The rooms were great, the bar was perfect and the grounds and decorations were an added nice surprise. They also surprised our daughter and fiancé with a surprise bottle of champagne with chocolates and a note left in their room . We can only imagine how nice it is in the warmer weather too . Thank you for the great stay !

The staff at the front desk and valet parking were very pleasant and helpful. We had a great time and will book again when we come back. There are a few areas that need some TLC such as some teak slats were broken or hanging and I think the exterior could use a paint job. Maybe a light gray instead of the yellow

Beautiful room. I loved the grounds. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The views are outstanding. We visit Newport a least twice per year, so we spent most of our time at the resort this visit. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The views are incredible. The restaurant and bars were great. The shuttle bus is convenient and reliable. They even had movie and s’mores night which the kids enjoyed.

Top-tier, Picturesque Destination

The Newport Harbor Island Resort was a stunning property located right on Newport Harbor, with picturesque views everywhere you looked. I could not be happier with the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly and pleasant staff, and the on-site accommodations that include a bar, multiple restaurants, fitness center and pool/ spa area.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel- our first time in Newport and it was a great stop on our way to Maine! We loved sitting by the water watching the sunset and the room was large and comfortable. Staff was attentive and room was quiet. Overall a great experience.
