We had to stay there for a dance comp, so weren’t really looking for anything super nice, just sleeps able. Well, not this place. It was horrific ~two men were fighting outside as we drove up and the cops came, one man was arrested~ whose mother lives on property😳FILTHY room, hair on bed and BLOOD splattered on desk. We left immediately. I was absolutely mortified. NEVER AGAIN.

Let’s begin with the front end clerk and all the people that are either on drugs or homeless on the premises. Room was dirty and I didn’t get any coffee or whatever they claim they offer for breakfast.

We requested pans, plates etc for our room so we could cook in there. The hotel has no silverware, we only got one bowl, and the toaster was filthy. We read that we’d have a continental breakfast beginning at 6:30am and I wake up early so I went down to get some breakfast but right at 6:35 nothing was left. I went down a couple times and it was the same way every time until two days ago when we went down there extremely early trying to get something to eat and then we saw the little amount of food being put out there for all of us guests. I counted 6 nutrigrain bars, and 5 muffins. Nothing else but coffee but less than 10 total packets of sweeteners for the coffee including sweet n low, sugar, and the yellow but all the packets together was less than 10. I’d turn in our dirty towels in exchange for some clean ones and it was not a one for one swap whatsoever. Then, I ran downstairs to get a roll of toilet paper this morning but the girl said they’d run out so I had to ask her to substitute and give me a box of tissues because they will not give us two rolls so we have plenty but instead each day I had to come down to pick another up. Also, the hotel elevator was taking a long time and I think it was clear after I heard enough people saying it wasn’t always that slow. Other than that it was a decent stay for the price though.

The hotel room was in need of many updates and repairs. The chair at the desk was ripped. The faucet in bathtub was running and wouldn’t stop. The mirror in the bathroom was worn and needed to be replaced. The bed was so uncomfortable. No hairdryer. The kitchenette had no supplies. And they had an ironing board and no iron. It also felt very unsafe. And our bathroom door don’t even close, The “safety” latch on the door was broken.

The bed in the room was terribly uncomfortable like in a dorm room, the hallways amelled like burnt food and cigarettes, and the security downstairs is riduculous. You can't have a guest privately unless you come downstairs in front of everyone to let them in. No discretion whatsoever. Bunch of people alwaysnoutside the doors chainsmoking cogarettes all night. Will not stay here again

From the Boston area and headed to Providence for the night. The location was easy for our plans. We arrived at the exact time for check-in. (Maybe 15 earlier) the rooms weren’t ready and they asked us to wait which turned into about 45 minutes just about of waiting before we can fully check in and get to our room. There was a woman in the lobby that has been there for an extended period of time on the phone in a fight with someone yelling profanities no one said anything. Upon finally getting to our room which was clean the blinds are broken so I had the parking lot lights blaring in all night. A lot of the doors to get into the building or having issues so all night long being on the ground floor, we heard the doors banging as people entered an exit the building at some point in the middle of the night they were people outside in the parking lot arguing. There was never information given for the free Wi-Fi that was advertised or the breakfast that was supposed to be included when we left in the morning. I did not see anything. The staff at the desk didn’t really seem too friendly, which made me uncomfortable to say anything at all considering I didn’t sleep at all. I could’ve saved myself money and just drive back to Boston in the middle of the night.

Could not fill requests for amenities that were advertised. Out of silverware and plates, we received only 2 plates and 2 forks, no cups, no cookware. Could not fill requests for toilet paper. Fee breakfast was empty and not refilled multiple days. Advertised room as queen bed and couch, room had two beds. Wifi was spotty at best. TV would not connect to wifi. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
