The hotel was amazing! Easy check-in, good quality of rooms, free shuttle that can take you anywhere up to 2 miles for free, the pool and hot tub were awesome, cleaned off snow from our car after a snowstorm, room service was amazing and recieved bottles of water upon request for no fee! We will definately be staying again!!

Staff was sweet enough to get me a new room key after leaving and coming back without, made sure I had my breakfast pass, and the pool was clean. Unfortunately the hot tub was down but th staff was nice enough to let me know before check in and during our time in the pool.

The room was very clean. Had a coffee pot in the fridge but no microwave. I could not believe they charged $45 for parking. Also the morning breakfast buffet was only for two people. An additional person would have to pay $25 however, the hallways were dirty. The Jacuzzi was nasty and the pool was cold.

You cannot charge almost $600 for that room. The shower didn't drain so we couldn't shower, there was hair on the floor, a view of the highway and a car wash, and nothing special and extra nice about it. It is shocking. The good part was that the staff was very nice!!

Hidden Gem

Great location to stay for Providence! Can walk or take the shuttle. Kids enjoyed the indoor outdoor pool, as well as the gym. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to stay in Providence for an event at Amica.

It was a beautiful hotel and great rooms; however, all night long I kept hearing a sound every few seconds that kept me up. We thought it was the vent and figured out the following day it was the shower head that had a drip that was causing the sound so no sleep for me. Otherwise would have given the hotel 5 stars. Smh. Fyi: Room 231.

The room and accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the pool area was very nice. The biggest bonus though was the immensely pleasant and friendly staff. After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend.

The staff from check in, housekeeping, servers at Blue Fin Restaurant, Salon staff… everyone was kind and always smiling. It was a wonderful stay. The room was huge and the mattress was heaven!
