The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not, they need to replace the pillows. The breakfast was fine to get you going. Waffle maker, eggs, coffee, bagels, yogurt. 4 miles from Newport. We had a good stay.

Front desk staff were polite but not very quick to say, "Can I help you?" Breakfast was standard motel fare; scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, waffle maker, etc. Nothing special but not bad. Breakfast area was nice and clean. Bathtub/shower drain was SLOW! My feet got very wet!

Internet was down for WiFi. The office hardwired computers were working. Staff were unable to create either a hotspot or allow a computer to be used for business customers. The computer in the business office was non-functional. The manager was really unhelpful. The rest of the staff were terrific.

The property is very large. Having one washer and dryer for a property that size is not understandable. Front desk needs to have plenty of quarters for the use of the washer/dryer.Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were varied and a good selection. The elevator smelled greatly of mold/mildew. The size of our room was great especially w the “punch out” of the wall. The bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Rooms are not very quiet, was tons of loud door slams all night and could hear people all night in the hallway. Bed was very hard. Tv in neighboring rooms could be heard. Staff was friendly and polite at checking in and the pool area looked nice.
