"The “newly renovated hotel” was a disappointment. ac was broken and the cold water did not work only scalding. So we moved rooms across the world to one that was still open but smelled of cologne like someone had just been in there for a quickly. Staff was rude at bar. They booked the wrong massages at the spa but luckily cut the price. So expensive for the headaches."
