「We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return.」

「The breakfast area was alittle small, had only a dozen or so tables and one server running out orders .so it was either wait, order room service or go out for breakfast. But other than that, overall a pretty nice place to stay.」

Ocean front view excellent however lacked staff shortage room not cleaned even upon request for 1pm through 2pm service . At 5pm room still not cleaned so we requested clean towels only at lobby desk. Now major issue I saw plenty of elderly guests and only ramp accommodation .No elevator ?? also please rum punch should be obsolete and just offer two Gatorades you will need it after your cross fit...
