「Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in. He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us. (Absolutely this is what we paid for.) 「Loved being able to walk to the town. But just far enough away to be quiet, which can be a problem in BI. The small bar in the Atlantic, on the same premises was friendly, quaint and the drinks were good! We could see the ocean from our room.」

「Our stay at The Inn at Old Harbor was wonderful. My partner doesn’t love walking and They have their own stair case from the ferry parking lot. Within minutes we had picked up our keys at their sweatshirt store and had our feet up on our private balcony which made for great people watching and a cool breeze. Room 3 on the second floor had a king size bed and great light at sunrise. We could see the Newport Bridge! It was clean and comfortable We are coming back for Columbus Day weekend」

Room floor was dirty (sand, etc.) otherwise room was clean. Our coffee pot didn’t work. There was a $50 dog fee upon check in that wasn’t listed at time of booking online so that was a surprise.
