「Water in shower was cold. Front door was cracked in several places from what look like an attempted break in prior. Door was an old fashioned key which was not secure in anyway. Room initially didn’t look to bad. When I checked in I mentioned I had a dog with the staff. They charged me an extra the next day upon checking out which was never mentioned when checking in. Poor management skills but cheaper option in the area 」
