Satellite was down so we had no TV. The fridge in our room didn't work. You have to walk half way around the property to get ice. Parking was very full and not easily accessible for people with Handicap. There were only 2 handicap spots for the whole hotel.

On a positive note, the sheets were clean, staff were friendly, and it was quiet. The problems I had were; the wallpaper was peeling off on the wall and near the ceilings, there are rusty nails or screws in the ceilings, there is a strong musty scent in the room, and the deluxe continental breakfast that they advertise consists of bagels, bread, waffle batter, cereal, and yogurt. It’s very basic and my partner with a gluten allergy could only have a small yogurt cup. We took the shuttle to Foxwoods and the seat were stained. We also weren’t able to connect to WiFi in the room. All the outlets in the room were loose which could potentially be dangerous. Not a bad place to stay for 1 night.

Good qualities of the hotel were.. fast check in, clean. So I went online to book a reservation at this property, I see it had hot breakfast included but the only option was waffles, oatmeal, and bread ….. NO EGGS,bacon ! What happened to the protein? Next I go into the room, turn the TV on and the tv is not working. No channels.

Rates very high for the property. Stairs outside only.. had to carry suitcases to second level. No cable tv because of storm the day before . Conditions for breakfast very poor.

This property was very unclean and smelled horrible. We did not stay due to the level of urine and chemical smell, with tobacco and weed. Staff was very rude and unhelpful.

Hotel room was clean and spacious when we needed a place to stay before taking the Block Island ferry which is about a 40 minute drive. Nice continental breakfast too!

Do not pay extra for a suite if you want sleep. The only ice machine in the whole hotel is right outside the doors of the suites in same hallway. Be prepared to hear people getting ice all night and morning while you try to sleep.

I like that it was convenient to get to the casinos and that there were trolley to take you from and back to the hotel that was amazing. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel in a quiet area. It’s a little hard to spot as there are some trees slightly blocking the sign. Had a typical hotel breakfast spread with cereal, bagels, etc a good coffee. The only negative was a slight musty smell that dissipated when we ran the air conditioning. I’d recommend and stay again.

The room had a mildew smell. It’s definitely have been damp. I had to turn the heat on just to get rid of some of the moisture. I’ll never come back again.

If you're a motel type of person this ones for you. Otherwise move swiftly in the opposite direction. Engagement with the woman at the front was fine. She was informative especially about the breakfast options. Respectfully, breakfast options she mentioned are a joke. Fruity-O's, Flakes and Cheerios. For a grand total of 3 whopping options and 2 waffle irons. When traveling with kids familiar with options this is not appealing. It was August and the beds had a wool type polyester blanket on them. After returning from dinner at Foxwoods we all got comfortable and sat ON the beds to watch TV. That was fine. BUT the moment we pulled back the blankets and laid on the bed - we INSTANTLY became itchy. Not a bed bug itchy but a dirty sheet itchy. It is evident those beds are made BUT the linens are NOT WASHED!!! One pillow had a large black circular stain on it. What looked like ink marks on the flat sheet. What felt like little particles as you lay. My kids and I were utterly disgusted. Fortunately I travel with disposable sheets. We were able to cover one bed and two pillows and had a disposable flat sheet to cover ourselves. We all slept on that one bed together and left the other bed alone. I will not return or recommend- even if like us you chose for proximity. When we were searching rooms at the Casino were NOT available that is the ONLY reason we went with this option for proximity. Would have happily paid the normal $300-400 rate for a good night's rest at Foxwoods.

The property was pretty central to the area we were visiting. The room felt very damp. The weather was warm with high humidity. Thinking maybe the carpet may have been washed and never really fully dried? Other than that the stay was great.
