「隔音差 」

「Pool wasn’t clean, not told about construction going on on the floor we were on. Construction started at 7:30 in the morning and continued until about 8pm. TV in the bathroom didn’t work. Jacuzzi tub was very loud. Pool was cloudy. Staff was very nice」

「I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

「Clean rooms and looks new, staff are very nice and accommodating, within minutes away from Walmart, Aldi’s, Subway, Wendy’s and a Diner across the street. Will definitely stay again.」

「We booked this hotel for the wrong date (June 9 and it should’ve been June13). When we got to the hotel it was fully occupied. The staff were very nice. Unfortunately we contacted Expedia and they called the hotel who stated that they would not give us a voucher for another stay. We’ve stayed there many times and it’s perplexing that they don’t value returning customers enough to accommodate them. Needless to say we will not stay there again.」

「Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.」

「The place was run down and not as represented on-line. There was no staff at desk, pool was green, damp / musty smell, odd characters loitering Outside and in lobby. Surrounding area didn't feel comfortable / safe. There was a trailer community up against the hotel property and a closed down business in front of hotel.」

Room was clean and comfortable and every staff member I encountered was kind and helpful. Felt safe even as a solo female traveler, which I deeply appreciated! Included breakfast was great for a quick bite before getting back on the road.」
