Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was convenient and easy to get around from. Check-in and parking were smooth, and the spa services were a nice added touch. The only minor drawback was some noise from neighboring rooms at times, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The towels in our room were visibly dirty and covered in yellow stains. Replacement towels delivered later were also stained. We additionally found hair in the bed (including blonde hair; I have brown hair). When this was reported, there was a long delay in staff responding, and the interaction was unpleasant. We were also woken up late Saturday night by hotel staff knocking on our door asking if we had requested a rollaway bed, which we had not. Overall, this experience was far below the standard expected for a Marriott resort.

Very nice hotel and convenient location. I got a facial at the spa and my husband got a massage. Great spa but very pricey. The hotel on site is also very expensive, we did not eat on site. We were looking forward to using the pool, but there seemed to be some kind of girls event this weekend so there were tweens all over the pool and lobby and hallways. They were running around the hallways even after 10pm so that was a bit annoying. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, there’s no fan in the bathroom which I thought was a bit strange. The room was very nice, clean and well appointed though.

We had a very pleasant stay. The spa was amazing we had a 60 min massage and a pedicure. The spa area us very relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel was good, a little overpriced but it could be the area, breakfast buffet for two was $79. The lobby and bar where decorated for the holidays and it was beautiful. When we got to our room to lay down we noticed our comforter was really dirty it actually looked moldy. My husband went to front desk and thankfully in less than 10 mins we had it all changed. We appreciate the quick service and hope they threw that old one away. Overall a pleasant stay but can be pricey quickly!

The staff was very courteous. We enjoyed the daily complimentary drinks and food vouchers which offset the destination fee charged at check-in. The hotel bar and restaurant were very comfortable and the menu had a nice variety of dinner entrees. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the Mystic Marriott.

For a Marriott I expected more. Room was ok…asked for a king size bed and pull out couch. Room only had king bed no pull out couch. They brought in a crap roll away bed. Wasn’t the cleanest. Hair on light fixtures in the hallway. Idk felt more like a holiday inn than a marriott

The $40 destination fee was weird, I was given a ticket for two drinks (I'm sober as is my spouse), and $12.50 (which apparently is what a pint of Ben & Jerry's costs, as no change given.) The toilet paper holder in the room was precariously hung to the wall and surrounded by ripped wallpaper. Even more precariously, the cover for the HVAC unit in the corner was hanging open at the bottom. Sliding door on bathroom is weird. The overall decor was updated and lovely, but there was a lot of wear and tear, dirt streaks on walls, chipped and worn fittings and trim that indicated there isn't a lot of upkeep / maintenance. The sheets wouldn't stay on the bed which worried me about the mattress cleanliness. The outlet next to the bed didn't work. The room didn't have a microwave - there is one for the whole hotel so that was fun. (The room does have a hair dryer, full size ironing board and iron tho, so the absence of a microwave was a bit weird. Maybe there's an amusing story behind it.) The gym was lovely with plenty of machines and an impressive amount of space and array of equipment. The 2 yoga mats are crumbling and in need of replacement. The pool was lovely and clean and heated, with nice large sheet towels provided. The ev chargers were functional and very convenient. I'm torn on this one, but, overall it was more worn than I expected based on reviews I read.
