The true gem about this hotel is the staff, they are so kind, friendly and professional! We received an excellent recommendation for a place to celebrate our anniversary, we're always greeted with a friendly smile and a can do attitude, and it feels like they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are a nice size and the decor is pleasant. There is plenty of parking. There was an issue with our bed, and the wonderful person who checked us out was so sweet and offered us breakfast vouchers to their restaurant to improve our experience. This was particularly appreciated, as this was not expected and it made us feel yet again that the staff truly care for their guests. We also had a divine experience at the cerulean spa, all in all this is a place we will return to for sure!

Had a fabulous massage in the Cerulean Spa; pillows were hard, so went to front desk and got a foam one; worked much better. Wish they had night lights in the bathroom; for older people, getting up several times during the night, it would be helpful.

Room was very hot and uncomfortable. Called maintenance but no change. Also waited for 2 hours for good from restaurant and never received food! Not service you expect from Marriott. Very disappointed.

The front desk was chaotic and disorganized. The room (for 4 people) had two towels and no bath mat. The front desk had to be called several times to bring up two extra towels and a bath mat - it took over 2.5hrs since the first call before they did. The spa’s sauna was lukewarm and of the 3 showers available by the sauna - 1 was cold, 1 broken and the other dirty. The one saving grace was the gentleman in the lobby who was taking food orders because there was no dining in the restaurant (Valentine’s reservations only) was switched on, super helpful and doing his best to mange a difficult and chaotic situation.

I had an excellent stay at the Mystic Marriott! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was absolutely wonderful everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The restaurant on site was also really good. The food and service were both great, and it was so convenient to have that option right at the hotel. The only small things I’d mention are that I stayed during school break week, so the pool area was pretty packed with kids. Also, based on one of the photos online, it looked like there was a hot tub, so I was a little bummed to find out there isn’t one anymore. That said, it was still a 10/10 stay for me. I would absolutely come back and recommend it to others!

It was advertised on the Expedia site that they had roll away beds for free. I called Marriot directly they said they would provide one for us. When we checked in they said we were not allowed to have one due to the fire Marshall. They did nothing to accommodate us, so the stay was very uncomfortable. They should not advertise an item in amenities when they will not allow it. Very upset with this stay

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was convenient and easy to get around from. Check-in and parking were smooth, and the spa services were a nice added touch. The only minor drawback was some noise from neighboring rooms at times, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The towels in our room were visibly dirty and covered in yellow stains. Replacement towels delivered later were also stained. We additionally found hair in the bed (including blonde hair; I have brown hair). When this was reported, there was a long delay in staff responding, and the interaction was unpleasant. We were also woken up late Saturday night by hotel staff knocking on our door asking if we had requested a rollaway bed, which we had not. Overall, this experience was far below the standard expected for a Marriott resort.

Very nice hotel and convenient location. I got a facial at the spa and my husband got a massage. Great spa but very pricey. The hotel on site is also very expensive, we did not eat on site. We were looking forward to using the pool, but there seemed to be some kind of girls event this weekend so there were tweens all over the pool and lobby and hallways. They were running around the hallways even after 10pm so that was a bit annoying. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, there’s no fan in the bathroom which I thought was a bit strange. The room was very nice, clean and well appointed though.
